My first visit review was: “Tasty pizza with good-quality ingredients and great flavor. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, a really good experience, and I’d order again.” I wanted to update my review after a second visit. During my first visit, I noticed the pizza was quite oily, but at the time I thought it might have just been from the cheese, so I didn’t mention it in my original review. On my second visit, I ordered their Detroit-style pizza. Unfortunately, it was extremely oily—far more than I would expect from this style of pizza. There was so much oil that it soaked into the crust and collected in the box. It felt more like a sponge full of oil than a pizza, which made it difficult to enjoy. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return.

Immediate attention is required for this establishment. My visit to this Jets Pizza location on May 9th, 2026, revealed significant concerns regarding cleanliness and overall food safety. The conditions observed suggest a potential violation of food safety standards. It is perplexing how this restaurant could pass a health inspection. Prompt action is necessary, as these conditions may warrant closure. It is concerning that employees are expected to work in such an unsanitary environment. I strongly advise against patronizing this location for food, as there is a high probability of adverse health effects.

10000000/10 what an amazing first time experience! Food was amazing, brownie was great! Jets bread was so good! RANCH was perfect, love the homemade ranch. Pizza is very flavorful! I was having a hard time ordering, my daughter was being a bit of a handful and the woman I was speaking with her name is Kristy, Well she was great, she was very understanding she was kind and reassured me she had kids as well, she made my day because frankly I had a bad day at work and a hard time once I got off with my kiddo and just having a kind human interaction was what I really needed today. So thank you so much for being so kind to someone you’ve never met. Your pizza was fabulous and we will be retuning for sure. The emotional support brownie was amazing!

Jet’s Pizza is a great local pizza spot that consistently delivers- cowabunga My go-to order is a pepperoni and jalapeño hand-tossed pizza with turbo crust. The turbo crust is buttery, well seasoned, and baked in just right — crispy on the edge, soft inside, and easily the best part of the slice. If you’re looking for dependable local pizza with real flavor, Jet’s Pizza is an easy recommendation.

Recently moved here to Saginaw. My son and brother in law were staying over and everyone wanted pizza , figured we’d try something new. VERY impressed. Got a large deep dish , cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks , and a 2 liter soda for $30. Great value ! Super impressed with the quality - deep dish the crust was perfect golden brown and crispy on the bottom and pillow soft interior. Cupped pepperoni and the mozzarella was high quality and great cheese pull. Triple Cheese sticks cooked perfectly , the cinna sticks with icing drizzle was a great sweet finish to the salty main course. The “ turbo crust “ seasoning on the cheese sticks and pizza crust take it to the next level . Don’t waste your money on other big name pizza places next time and give this place a chance . Ordered for pick up and order was ready exactly at the time the website stated. This Jets has earned itself a repeat customer .
